Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a senior network systems professional to join the Weapon System Integration team. You will work on NSI, developing program-wide networking governance, interfaces, and documentation for cross-segment projects.

The role requires extensive MS&A experience, leadership in network design, and the ability to coordinate with multiple engineering teams while maintaining a 24x7 monitoring stance and SOPs. A Top Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM from an accredited university.
• 12+ years of related experience with Bachelor's degree, 10+ with Master’s, or 8+ with PhD.
• US Citizenship with active Top Secret clearance.
• Experience with DoD/aerospace network systems and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support the NSI team by developing program-wide networking governance and standards.
• Design, test, and verify network capabilities using MS&A practices.
• Mentor a mid-career Network Simulation & Test Analyst on MS&A practices.
• Establish a 24x7 monitoring environment and create SOPs for incident response.
• Coordinate with MS&A, Test, RAM, STT and network teams to ensure alignment.
