Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in systems administration, networking, or project engineering.
• Strong networking fundamentals including IP, VLANs, routing, and firewalling.
• Advanced experience with Windows Server, virtualization, and Microsoft 365/Azure.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Act as a senior technical escalation resource for complex systems and network issues.
• Contribute to engineering standards, documentation, and best practices.
• Mentor junior engineers through guidance, review, and example.
• Design and implement solutions across servers, networking, security, wireless, and cloud.
• Engage directly with clients for discovery, assessments, and solution discussions.
• Produce accurate BOMs, SOWs, and technical proposals.
• Deploy and support Windows Server, virtualization, Microsoft 365, and Azure environments.
• Maintain clear documentation in Autotask, IT Glue, and internal systems.
