• Knowledge of disaster recovery, continuity of operations, and IT documentation.
• Knowledge of disaster recovery, business continuity planning, and Continuity of Operations (COOP) procedures.

Responsibilities

• Overall daily IT operations; monitor systems and perform upgrades and maintenance.
• Coordinate with DOH Help Desk and local IT staff for problem resolution.
• Manage network security, VOIP, and device administration to meet agency objectives for Florida Department of Health.
