E&M Technologies, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Network and Computer Systems Administrator for Langley AFB, VA to support the Falconer Air Operations Center. The role requires a Top Secret clearance, U.S.

citizenship, and SME-level expertise in Microsoft Exchange 2019 along with extensive military IT experience. The successful candidate will sustain and upgrade baseline systems, collaborate with government and contractor teams, and ensure secure, reliable operations across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 9+ years of experience.
• Current IAT Level 2 Certification (Sec+ or higher).
• SME-level Exchange 2019 experience.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Must maintain DoD Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Sustainment and support of AOC baseline systems daily operations.
• Assist in major upgrade projects and migrations to new infrastructure.
• Provide technical expertise to mitigate risks during fielded baseline transitions.
• Support site Network Administrators and System Administrators to improve proficiency.
• Participate in site visits, training, and fielding-related meetings.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and migrate to updated AOC infrastructure components.
• Document CM processes and site variances for data migration and policy updates.
• Attend technical exchange meetings and post-install reviews.
• Recommend changes to CM personnel for performance and security improvements.
• Ensure timely completion of fielding prerequisites and CSUs/FT/OOC/AREs.
