- Strong knowledge of routing protocols and lifecycle management.
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for IP, optical, and transport issues.
- Lead during major incidents and support critical customer escalations.
- Perform packet captures, protocol analysis, and log investigations.
- Configure and support multi-vendor networks (Nokia, Cisco, Juniper, Fujitsu).
- Develop automated tests and participate in network automation initiatives.
