Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in network support or system administration.
• Networking certifications preferred (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, JNCIE, JNCIP).

Responsibilities

• Identify and troubleshoot L4–L7 traffic issues involving SSL and HTTP.
• Analyze performance related issues such as TCP retransmissions.
• Work with customer teams to resolve integration and configuration issues.

Skills

Troubleshooting L4–L7 traffic issues

Packet analysis using tcpdump/Wireshark

Network and application testing with Ixia/Spirent

Understanding of TCP/IP, HTTP/S, DNS

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

3+ years of experience in network support
