Job summary

CareSource is seeking a Network Strategy Director to lead the enterprise provider contracting strategy, negotiating the organization's largest and most strategic agreements with health systems and IDNs. You will set contracting standards, mentor a team, and partner cross-functionally to address complex financial and regulatory issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Eight (8) years provider contracting experience leading complex negotiations.
• Experience negotiating with major health systems or IDNs preferred.
• Experience designing value-based or risk-based contract structures preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead negotiation of the largest provider agreements, including health systems and IDNs.
• Serve as enterprise SME on contracting strategy and deal structuring.
• Design and pilot novel contract structures such as value-based arrangements.
• Mentor contracting professionals across the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve contractual, financial, and regulatory issues.
• Represent National Network Development in executive/provider discussions.
