Job summary

Eridu, a Silicon Valley hardware startup, is seeking a Director of Network Solutions Architecture to lead strategic hyperscaler engagements, shaping network architectures for AI training and inference infrastructure.

In this hands-on leadership role you will engage with executives and engineers, drive technical strategy, architecture reviews, proofs of concept, and deployment planning while building a scalable network solutions function for the company.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in networking, systems engineering, or solutions architecture.
• Experience with large cloud or hyperscale environments.
• Deep data center networking expertise including leaf-spine and EVPN/VXLAN.
• Experience with AI cluster networking and large-scale compute.
• Proven ability to lead senior customer engagements and architecture reviews.
• Strong written and verbal communication; capable of executive presentations.
• Background in pre-sales and strategic account development.
• Experience defining early go-to-market motions for infrastructure products.
• Comfort in early-stage or growth-stage startups.

Responsibilities

• Lead solutions architecture for strategic hyperscaler opportunities.
• Drive technical strategy from engagement through deployment planning.
• Lead technical discovery, workshops, and executive presentations.
• Align customer requirements with product direction and company priorities.
• Understand accounts' infrastructure priorities and procurement dynamics.
• Develop end-to-end network architectures for AI infra and high-performance fabrics.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders in hyperscaler accounts.
• Own account management for defined hyperscaler customers.
• Identify whitespace opportunities and expand technical footprint.
• Shape account priorities and engagement models for named customers.
• Represent the voice of the customer internally to influence roadmap.
• Create repeatable technical assets to support scaling.
• Assist in opportunity prioritization and multi-phase adoption paths.
