Deutsche Bank’s Cary, NC technology team is seeking a Senior Network Engineer – Network Security & Wireless Network to design and deliver security and wireless solutions. You will partner with Network Core Engineering to strengthen cyber resilience and improve end-user wireless experiences for employees and clients.

The role requires strong experience in network security architectures, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable plans.

Qualifications

• Strong technical understanding of network security technologies and architectures.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Wi‑Fi standards (802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax) and Wireless LAN Controllers.
• Deep knowledge of network solution delivery, design principles, and remediation governance.
• Familiarity with regulatory drivers for technology security (ECB, EBA, SOX, GLBA, Dodd-Frank, DORA).
• Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity while ensuring responsible data use.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of network security solutions, including Zero Trust and firewall governance.
• Develop enterprise wireless network solutions leveraging cloud-managed technologies.
• Own end-to-end solution delivery from concept to value realization.
• Collaborate with Network Engineering and stakeholders on design, requirements, and readiness.
• Translate requirements into executable roadmaps and governance.
