Job summary

Deutsche Bank in Cary, NC is seeking a Technical Project / Program Manager – Network Security & Cyber Resilience to partner with Network Security Engineering and drive secure connectivity and cyber resilience initiatives across the global technology estate.

You will translate security requirements into executable delivery plans and own end-to-end delivery from concept to operations, ensuring alignment with risk and architecture goals.

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security, or a related discipline.
• Experience delivering complex global infrastructure and network security solution programs from concept to production implementation.
• Proven ability to manage complex technical delivery across network engineering, security architecture, operations, vendors, and global stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Network Security Engineering to develop and shape new network security solutions, including Zero Trust, network segmentation, network access control, firewall governance, secure connectivity, and cyber resilience capabilities
• Own end-to-end delivery from concept, business case, and technical design through implementation, transition to operations, and benefits realization
• Translate complex network security designs and cyber security requirements into executable workstreams, technical deliverables, implementation roadmaps, and measurable outcomes
• Proactively identify network security weaknesses by assessing control gaps, vulnerability trends, architectural risks, operational issues, and security assessment outcomes
• Drive remediation of identified security weaknesses from discovery through closure, including prioritization, ownership alignment, delivery tracking, evidence collection, and management reporting
• Ensure solution delivery remains aligned with cyber security requirements, enterprise architecture direction, technology risk expectations, and operational resilience objectives
