Deutsche Bank is seeking a Senior Network Engineer focused on Network Security and Wireless Network in Cary, NC. The role emphasizes shaping secure network solutions, Zero Trust, and wireless deployment across the enterprise.

You will own end‑to‑end delivery, collaborate with Network Core Engineering, and ensure security standards while delivering strong end‑user experiences. The role requires deep network security expertise and a proactive, cross‑functional mindset.

Qualifications

• Strong technical understanding of network security technologies and architectures
• Comprehensive knowledge of Wi‑Fi standards and wireless deployment best practices
• Experience delivering complex network security solutions with remediation governance
• Familiarity with regulatory drivers for technology security (ECB, EBA, SOX, GLBA, Dodd-Frank, DORA)

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of network security solutions including Zero Trust and firewall governance
• Develop and enhance enterprise wireless network solutions leveraging cloud‑managed technologies
• Own end‑to‑end solution delivery from concept through implementation and value realization
• Partner with Network Engineering and stakeholders to align design, requirements, and governance
• Translate requirements into roadmaps and measurable outcomes with oversight
• Identify and remediate security weaknesses and drive corrective actions to closure
• Prepare high‑quality reporting for senior management
