Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a Senior Network Security Engineer with CCNP Security certification to join our network infrastructure team. You will design, deploy, and optimize secure network solutions for enterprise clients and government engagements, acting as a technical lead and trusted advisor.

You will work on complex security architectures, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate across cloud, infrastructure, and managed services teams while leveraging Cisco security products and best practices.

Qualifications

• Active CCNP Security certification.
• 5+ years of enterprise network and security design/implementation experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Architect and document end‑to‑end network security solutions.
• Lead deployment and integration of Cisco security products.
• Assess client environments and provide security posture improvement recommendations.
• Serve as escalation point for critical incidents with root cause analysis.
• Engage with stakeholders to align security architectures with business goals.
