Job summary

Allstate seeks a Lead Consultant Engineer to join its Network Security team. This hands-on role will lead the engineering, automation, deployment, and lifecycle management of enterprise network security platforms, bridging traditional infrastructure with modern automation.

You will apply IaC, CI/CD, and API-driven tooling with Palo Alto firewalls, cloud integrations, and scripting. Deep networking and security platform experience is essential for scalable improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong background in network engineering and network security.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code concepts and automation.
• Hands-on with Ansible for infrastructure configuration and automation.
• Experience developing or supporting CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure or applications deployment.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineer for enterprise network security platforms and vended applications.
• Engineer, maintain, and improve firewall and network security infrastructure.
• Develop and promote an Infrastructure as Code approach for provisioning and lifecycle management.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate configuration, testing, and deployment.
