Your role requires serving as a customer advocate to maximize security outcomes and accelerate value realization, collaborating with cross-functional teams and account executives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in network security engineering or operations.
• Working knowledge of Palo Alto Networks NGFW platforms.
• Strong background in enterprise network products and systems administration.
• Extensive experience in network security with relevant certifications preferred (PCNSA, PCNSE, CISSP, CCNA/CCNP/CCIE).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise and support on NGFW technologies to optimize product use and potential.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams for development and integration of network security solutions.
• Drive product adoption and influence the product roadmap by identifying innovative use cases and leveraging new features.
• Operationalize solutions to ensure rapid achievement of customer security objectives.
• Partner with account teams for high-visibility technical account plan deployments and product-level success plans.
