Job summary

Dormont Manufacturing Co is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to design, implement, and safeguard network infrastructure in Santa Fe Springs, CA. You will oversee local, wide-area, and cloud-connected networks, ensuring maximum uptime and security.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in network architecture and safety leadership, with a strong understanding of OSHA regulations. This role includes responsibilities related to network security initiatives and mentoring junior engineers.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of safety leadership experience, preferably in a manufacturing or eCommerce environment.
• Demonstrated success in implementing safety programs to reduce incident rates.
• Extensive knowledge of Cal/OSHA and Federal OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement enterprise-grade networks across various locations.
• Lead network security initiatives and monitor network performance.
• Collaborate with IT, Security, and other teams to drive network strategy.
