Job summary

My3Tech seeks a Network Security Analyst to protect information systems and networks from cyber threats. The role involves monitoring traffic, investigating incidents, and developing remediation strategies with firewalls and antivirus tools.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in cybersecurity, experience with EDR platforms, threat intel, and vulnerability management. After-hours support may be required as needed, in line with security operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in cybersecurity operations or related disciplines.
• Experience with Microsoft Security tools and EDR platforms.
• Familiarity with threat intel platforms and vulnerability management tools.
• Experience triaging security alerts and documenting investigations.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and incident response processes.
• Willingness to support after-hours incident response as needed.

Responsibilities

• Protect information systems and networks from cyber threats.
• Monitor network traffic and server logs for unusual activity.
• Identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigations.
• Investigate security breaches and develop remediation strategies.
• Utilize firewalls and antivirus tools to maintain security.
• Follow HHSC policies and security requirements; maintain documentation.
