Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking a highly strategic Senior Product Manager to lead the development and evolution of our network products. You will define the product's value proposition, outline vision and execution plans, and drive innovative solutions with internal teams to deliver best-in-class provider networks.

You will oversee multi-year strategy, align with enterprise goals, and mentor junior team members while tracking KPIs to measure success.

Qualifications

• 5 years of Product experience.
• 5 years with the Software Lifecycle.
• 3 years of Advanced domain experience.
• 3 years with agile process.

Responsibilities

• Understand the department's and the company's strategic roadmap and competitive position, and develop a holistic product vision and the corresponding product strategy to drive maximum value.
• Represent the product in governance meetings and communicate roadmaps, priorities, experiments, and decisions across audiences.
• Own the product backlog and use input from internal and partner teams to frequently refresh and re-prioritize the backlog.
• Provide coaching and guidance to team members on product vision and strategic road mapping.
