Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in Digital Product Management.
• 5 years in Management or leadership roles.
• 5 years of experience with Agile software development.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital product strategy and execution aligned with customer needs and business goals.
• Oversee product planning, delivery, and ongoing optimization across teams.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and communicate vision and progress.
• Translate customer insights into actionable product requirements and designs.
• Establish KPIs to measure success and guide data-driven decisions.
