• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of supply chain-related experience including network planning and distribution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into decisions.
• Ability to make timely decisions in ambiguous situations and coach/advise accordingly.

Responsibilities

• Owns daily network health and drives actions based on order and service insights.
• Translate system insights into immediate actions to resolve service risks and minimize escalations.
• Make real-time decisions on order execution, including diversions and dispatch utilization.
• Support recovery programs and seasonal customer initiatives with strategic recommendations.
• Review and govern divisional inventory policies to align with capacity constraints.
• Partner cross-functionally to identify and resolve distribution gaps.
• Identify AI opportunities and planning tool enhancements to improve visibility.
