You will collaborate with Regional Medical Directors to align providers with program expectations, incentives, and quality metrics, delivering performance reviews to drive actionable change. The role focuses on provider engagement, education, and aligning workflows with program goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in value-based care or MSK programs.
• RN or clinically trained professional preferred; strong MSK value-based care experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial, operational, and clinical data to identify trends and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Partner with Regional Medical Directors to engage MSK and PCP clinicians in understanding program expectations and utilization trends.
• Create and deliver performance reviews and presentations to providers and staff, communicating opportunities and progress.
• Drive provider engagement and accountability through ongoing communication and education in line with program goals.
• Lead onboarding and enablement of provider groups, ensuring alignment to workflows and success metrics.
• Develop tools and reporting with cross-functional teams to support performance tracking and continuous improvement.
