Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Tier II Site Lead to support the customer’s computer data communications systems, including design specifications, testing, and upgrades for networks. You will plan, implement, and analyze hardware/software solutions and lead the T2 workforce.

The role involves guiding management, overseeing budgets, evaluating performance, recruiting, and coordinating with vendors and staff to ensure compliant, cost-effective operations.

Qualifications

• Requires TS SCI CI Poly clearance.
• Equates 16 years of experience to DoD education/experience parity (Doctorate+8, Master+10, Bachelor+12, etc.).
• DoD 8570 Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level 2 certification required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall health and wellness of the Tier II workforce.
• Lead, train, and manage lower-level management and supervisors.
• Oversee daily operations, budgets, and performance objectives.
• Recruit, train, and support senior leadership with evaluations.
• Coordinate network operations, maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
• Develop designs, budgets, and presentations for staff or customers.
