Job summary
DMI is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead large-scale network operations and infrastructure services. This role requires strong program management skills and 10+ years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, PMP certification, and experience managing SLAs in large, multi-team delivery environments. Qualifications
10+ years of experience in program or project management.
Prior experience managing network infrastructure or IT operations programs.
Demonstrated experience in managing service level agreements (SLAs) and operational performance.

Oversee delivery of network operations and infrastructure services in a 24×7 environment.
