Job summary

DMI is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead large-scale network operations and infrastructure services. This role requires strong program management skills and 10+ years of experience. Key responsibilities include program governance, service delivery oversight, and cross-functional coordination in a 24x7 environment. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, PMP certification, and experience managing SLAs in large, multi-team delivery environments. This hybrid position will require on-site work in the Maryland I-95 corridor.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in program or project management.
• Prior experience managing network infrastructure or IT operations programs.
• Demonstrated experience in managing service level agreements (SLAs) and operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for program performance and stakeholder coordination.
• Oversee delivery of network operations and infrastructure services in a 24×7 environment.
• Lead capacity planning and resource alignment across operational demands.
