Job summary

PingWind is seeking a Network Lead to provide technical leadership for voice, data, and video networks across classified and unclassified environments. The Network Lead will oversee network design, implementation, monitoring, security, troubleshooting, configuration management, and modernization to ensure secure, interoperable, and highly available mission network services.

Required experience includes senior network engineering, DoD/Army security requirements, and strong leadership in 24/7

Qualifications

• Senior network engineering experience in enterprise LAN/WAN and secure environments.
• Knowledge of DoD/Army security requirements and RMF/IL4-IL6 processes.
• Experience leading 24/7 mission networks and coordinating with CIO/leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead network management for PAE Fires voice, data, and video across classified/unclassified networks.
• Design, implement, monitor, and secure network infrastructure and devices.
• Develop network schematics and maintain technical documentation.
• Coordinate upgrades and provide policy guidance with stakeholders.
• Maintain security controls and report vulnerabilities with cybersecurity staff.
