Job summary

X Energy, LLC in Rockville, MD is hiring for a DevSecOps-focused role to develop and maintain hybrid/edge multi-tenant network infrastructure for secured, scalable environments. You will integrate on-prem and cloud IaaS, design hardened networks, and drive continuous improvement for availability and performance.

Requirements include a BS in CS or info management, proven enterprise network experience, and knowledge of secure management of routers, VPNs, IPSec, CIS/NIST benchmarks.

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise network and virtual infrastructure engineering across multi-site hybrids.
• Experience deploying secure office and enterprise network systems for on-premises IaaS and cloud environments.
• Familiarity with NIST 800-171/800-53 or CIS benchmark configurations.
• Ability to design, deploy, troubleshoot, and secure enterprise networks and virtualization.
• Experience with automation-friendly service delivery management systems.

Responsibilities

• Integrate network and storage management for Cloud Providers and on-premises IaaS into full lifecycle delivery.
• Design and deploy secure, multi-tenant network infrastructure for on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Develop and maintain security, availability, performance, and scalability measures.
• Manage full lifecycle development, testing, and production for business-critical apps.
• Research vendor deployment guides to enable secure enterprise integrations.
• Redesign existing networks for improved security and scalability in various environments.
• Own project requirements, deployment, and release management.
• Maintain professional demeanor in all communications.
