Job summary

Fourways Consulting in Jackson, MS is seeking an experienced Network Infrastructure Engineer to lead enterprise network design, data center switching, and security policy enforcement onsite. You will configure ACI fabrics, manage VRFs/BDs/EPGs/ESGs, and deploy SDA while ensuring high availability and segmentation.

Ideal candidates have 4–5+ years of enterprise networking, strong routing knowledge, and hands-on experience with ISE/NAC and Palo Alto NGFW.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

Responsibilities

Design, deploy, configure, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure, campus switching, and data center connectivity.
Administer Cisco ACI fabrics including tenants, VRFs, Bridge Domains, EPGs, ESGs, and L3Out configurations.
Manage Cisco Nexus and Catalyst switching and routing hardware across enterprise data center and campus environments.
Implement SDA architectures and campus fabric automation.
Configure, deploy, and maintain Cisco ISE/NAC for secure endpoint authentication and policy enforcement.
Administer Palo Alto NGFW, security zones, URL filtering, threat prevention, and VPN tunnels.
Troubleshoot complex L2/L3 routing and switching issues, spanning tree anomalies, and VLAN segmentation.
Monitor network performance with ThousandEyes and diagnostic tooling.
Collaborate with systems admins and security teams during rollouts.
Maintain network schematics, IPAM, configs backups, and change logs.
