Job summary

Ferrilli in Wisconsin is seeking a Network & Infrastructure Consultant to assess, design, implement and optimize on-premises IT environments for enterprise clients. You will evaluate customer infrastructure, propose scalable solutions and guide security and reliability improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years designing and managing enterprise IT infrastructure
• Strong understanding of infrastructure security concepts and high availability
• Experience configuring network switches, routers and wireless devices from multiple vendors
• Familiarity with firewall technologies (Fortinet, SonicWALL, Cisco) and cloud integration

Responsibilities

• Assess customer on-premises infrastructure to identify strengths and improvement opportunities
• Design, install, configure, manage and troubleshoot enterprise IT infrastructure
• Utilize virtualization expertise (VMware ESXi, Hyper-V) to create scalable solutions
• Manage and troubleshoot SAN storage (Fibre Channel, iSCSI)
• Oversee servers running network OS and ESXi/Hyper-V hosts with updates
• Configure and maintain network equipment (Aruba, Cisco, Meraki, HP)
• Ensure security with firewalls and security concepts
• Develop backups and disaster recovery solutions
• Support telephony and communication systems
• Demonstrate understanding of AD, Azure AD and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
• Stay current with emerging technologies and trends
