Job summary
Vantage Data Centers in Port Washington, WI is seeking an IT Infrastructure Engineer to design, deploy, and support fault-tolerant IT infrastructure across North America. You will partner with Construction, Operations, and Engineering to ensure sites come online on time and to standards for reliability, security, and performance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 5–7+ years deploying and supporting IT infrastructure in data center or mission-critical environments.
- Experience with Windows Server/Desktops, Active Directory, VMware vSphere/ESXi, networking gear from Cisco/Fortinet/Arista, SDN, storage and backup technologies, and ITIL processes.
Responsibilities
- Serve as domain expert for Mission Critical Operations on data center construction and expansion.
- Design and maintain fault-tolerant networks and virtualization platforms to support workloads.
- Coordinate with PMs/GCs to manage schedules and site readiness.
- Provide mentorship and governance across projects; manage incidents within ITIL framework.
