• Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field with five years of IT/administrative experience may be substituted per state rules.
• Seven years of IT or admin services experience or a combination per the substitution policy.
• Experience leading incident response in complex multi-agency environments is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manages front-line network and voice incident resolution staff; sets priorities and responsibilities.
• Coordinates staff training and access to tools and technical resources.
• Leads regular staff meetings to communicate priorities and procedures.
• Drives troubleshooting and resolution of WAN/LAN/Wi-Fi/VoIP incidents and coordinates with NOC and vendors.
• Ensures detailed incident documentation and timely customer updates.
• Performs trend analysis and recommends process improvements based on incident data.
• Oversees procurement considerations and assists in budget development for equipment and services.
• Participates in disaster recovery planning and testing; supports ESFs as needed.

Educación

Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field

Seven years of information technology or administrative services experience

Experience with incident response and network operations

Certification in approved area or related discipline (substitution)
