Responsibilities

• Manage routine and emergency maintenance, testing, and inspection of all telecommunications infrastructure and equipment.
• Partner with stakeholders pertaining to implementation, operation, and support of our enterprise telecommunication systems as it contributes to IT strategy and resource optimization.
• Maintain detailed documentation for network configurations, mapping, processes, and services while deploying and supporting routers, switches and firewalls.
• Interpret advanced network diagrams and configurations to execute installations, testing, and troubleshooting, including after-hours support.
• Monitor network performance proactively using standard monitoring and packet capture solutions.
• Review and validate deployment scripts prior to production release.
