Sephora USA, Inc in San Francisco is seeking a Senior Manager, Network Retail & Corporate Engineering to drive the vision, execution, and operational excellence of Sephora's global retail and corporate network infrastructure.

You will lead a global engineering team, modernize enterprise networking, implement IaC, and apply GenAI-driven capabilities to improve stability, scalability, and speed.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive network engineering experience in large-scale enterprise environments.
• 5-10 years of leadership experience managing global onshore and offshore engineering teams.
• Deep technical expertise across VMware SD-WAN, Cisco, HPE/Aruba, Palo Alto, and multi-cloud networking.
• Proven financial acumen managing large CAPEX and OPEX budgets.
• Strong executive communication skills with the ability to influence strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead Enterprise Network Strategy across SD-WAN, LAN/WAN, wireless, DNS, load balancing, and security.
• Drive Automation & AI Innovation with IaC and GenAI-driven capabilities.
• Manage Financial Planning including CAPEX and OPEX budgeting and vendor management.
• Develop Strategic Roadmaps for cloud networking and retail infrastructure modernization.
• Lead Cross-Functional Partnerships with Security, Cloud, Infrastructure, Retail Tech, and Digital teams.
• Oversee Incident & Change Governance for mission-critical services.
