Sephora in San Francisco seeks a Senior Director of Enterprise Networking to lead modernization across retail and corporate environments, spanning SD-WAN, wireless, DNS, load balancing, and network security. Qualifications

>15+ years of progressive network engineering experience in large-scale enterprise environments (retail or similar).

Responsibilities

Lead Enterprise Network Strategy across SD-WAN, LAN/WAN, wireless, DNS, load balancing and security.
Drive Automation & AI Innovation with IaC and GenAI-driven operations.
Manage Financial Planning: CAPEX and OPEX budgeting, forecasting, vendor management.
Develop Strategic Roadmaps for cloud networking and retail infrastructure resiliency.
Lead Cross-Functional Partnerships with Security, Cloud, Infrastructure, and Digital teams.
Oversee Incident & Change Governance for mission-critical services.
