Harvey Nash is seeking an Associate Director of Network Engineering to lead a hands-on, enterprise-wide network team in New Haven, CT. The role covers design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of network infrastructure across on-prem and cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12+ years hands-on network engineering experience.
• 3–5 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong expertise in routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, and cloud networking.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the network engineering team and provide mentorship.
• Design, configure, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure (LAN/WAN/SD-WAN, UCaaS/CCaaS).
• Escalate complex issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Oversee network security with cybersecurity collaboration.
• Manage lifecycle upgrades for devices and cloud integrations.
