Overview

• TheAssociate Director of Network Engineering/ Sr. Network engineer/Leads/Manageris a hands-on technical leaderresponsiblefor overseeing the design, implementation, and support of theenterprise-wide network infrastructure.
• This individualwill lead a team of network engineers while actively participating in theplanning, configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization of networktechnologies.
• The role requiresdeep expertise in routing, switching, firewalls, VPN’s, wireless, andcloud networking, as well as strong leadership and project managementskills.

CoreResponsibilities

• Leadand manage day-to-day operations of the network engineering team,providing technical guidance and mentoring
• Design,configure, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure including LAN,WAN, SD-WAN, firewalls, VPNs, switches, wireless systems, and UCaaS/CCaaSsystems
• Serveas an escalation point for complex network issues, participating introubleshooting and root cause analysis
• Implementand maintain network monitoring and performance tuning tools to ensurehigh availability and reliability
• Overseenetwork security in collaboration with the cybersecurity team, ensuringcompliance with company policies and procedures
• Managelifecycle upgrades for switches, routers, firewalls, and other networkinghardware
• Participatein the architecture and implementation of hybrid cloud networkenvironments (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Coud)
• Collaboratewith application, server, and security teams to ensure seamless end-to-endinfrastructure support
• Developand maintain documentation and network diagrams
• Managevender relationships and coordinate support for hardware and softwareissues
• Leadnetwork-related projects including office expansions, data centermigrations, and cloud integrations

SkillsQualifications

• Strongworking knowledge of enterprise networking technologies (Cisco, Fortinet,Aruba, Meraki, Arista, Azure Cloud Networking, etc.)
• Experiencein routing and switching protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, QoS, VLANs, STP)
• Experiencewith firewalls, VPNs, and Zero trust security models
• Experiencewith Cloud Networking (Azure ExpressRoute, Azure Firewalls, VPN Gateways,Azure BGP, Virtual WAN HUB, VNET Subnetting, etc.)
• Experiencewith network automation, scripting, and monitoring tools (SolarWinds,Logic Monitor, etc.)
• Skilledat working within a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• StrongAnalytical and problem-solving skills
• Experiencewith Cloud Based UCaaS/CCaaS Systems

Education

• BSor BA in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field orequivalent combination of experience and training
• 12+years of hands-on experience in network engineering, with at least 3 to 5years in a leadership or supervisory role

Areasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum base salary for thisposition is $160 K to $170 K per year with Bonus. Employee benefits will also be available, and details are available like Pension/401K/ Paid Vacation/ Life,Medical & Dental insurance etc.
