Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited is seeking a Network Engineer to design, deploy, and support network solutions across international business units, partners and customers. You will work with engineering and operations teams to build and optimize the global infrastructure.

Responsibilities include migrating branch sites to Zscaler SD-WAN, analyzing needs, and providing technical guidance in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and documentation skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in network engineering.
• Experience with branch site WAN migrations, focused on Zscaler.
• Strong knowledge of routing, switching, QoS, and network security.
• Familiar with network monitoring tools such as Solarwinds and Thousand Eyes.
• Certifications in Zscaler SD-WAN ZTB, Cisco, or Palo Alto a plus.

Responsibilities

• Migrate branch sites from MPLS to Zscaler SD-WAN as part of global branch transformation.
• Analyze business needs; gather requirements, designs, installs, troubleshoots, and supports technical solutions.
• Participate in meetings with customers and IT staff to qualify opportunities and technical solutions.
