Job summary

WinCo Foods is seeking an Enterprise WAN/LAN/WLAN network professional to support, analyze, and document network infrastructure across corporate offices, stores, and distribution centers. You will install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software, diagnose issues, and provide end-user training and guidance as needed.

The role requires strong Cisco IOS/Aruba AOS knowledge, SNMP monitoring experience, and a proactive approach to security and uptime.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technology related discipline or demonstrated equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with IT Staff to create optimal network performance and configurations.
• Provide system support for cabling and networking hardware and software products.
• Maintain network hardware and software including routers, switches, WLAN controllers, VPNs, and PBXs.
• Monitor network performance and respond to alerts as necessary.
• Maintain security solutions, including firewall, intrusion prevention systems and VPNs.
• Prepare and ensure accuracy of documentation, procedure manuals, and help guides for network installations.
• Respond to emergency network outages.
• Perform on-site analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of common network problems.
