Qualifications

• Must have at least 8 years of relevant experience.
• Must have experience providing analysis and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Respond to operational issues while off duty.
• Travel to local program locations as needed.
• Manage Cisco Unified Communications and Collaboration infrastructure.

Skills

Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph

8 years relevant experience

5 years experience with Cisco Systems

5 years experience with Palo Alto Systems

Router/switch/firewall troubleshooting

IP subnetting and OSI layers understanding

Experience with various vendor networking products

Understanding of physical mediums

On-call availability

Ability to travel up to 25%

Education

Bachelor's degree in engineering

IAT level II/III certification

Tools

Cisco hardware/software

Palo Alto hardware/software

SolarWinds

VMware 7 or higher
