Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot complex network issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Provide problem identification, diagnosis, troubleshooting, and resolution of incidents.
• Integrate new technologies into new and existing systems.
• Maintain documentation for network configurations and incidents.

Skills

Advanced knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, MPLS)

Expertise in configuring and managing enterprise-level network equipment (Cisco, Juniper)

Strong understanding of network security principles

Proficiency in network monitoring and analysis tools

Strong communication and leadership abilities

Education
