Job summary

Entarian seeks a Senior Network Administrator to support the ALTESS Windows team in a mixed environment with Windows Server 2019/2022, VMware, Oracle, and Windows 11. You will design, deploy, troubleshoot, and maintain networks across multiple locations while developing policies and procedures for security and operations.

The role requires DoD Secret clearance, Security+, CE certification, and 3+ years of experience with Cisco and Palo Alto technologies.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ experience designing, implementing, and maintaining complex networking solutions.
• Experience with Palo Alto Firewalls (3+ years).
• Experience with Cisco Nexus, Catalyst, ASR/ISR, and Firepower.
• Experience with network management and troubleshooting tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and support multiple complex networks across locations.
• Lead network deployment and troubleshooting strategies.
• Plan, execute, and implement new network deployments.
• Maintain team SOPs, operating procedures, and policies.
• Monitor and tune network performance and security status.
• Provide utilization reports and implement improvements.
• Oversee lifecycle of vendor equipment in data center, including firmware control.
• Propose technologies to upgrade and increase efficiency.
