Sigmatech Inc in Colorado Springs is seeking a Network Engineer to design, implement, and maintain the National Security Space Institute's network infrastructure, ensuring stability and security. You will work with routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs to support mission-critical operations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of network operations experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and knowledge of DoD cyber requirements.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in network operations/engineering.
• Experience supporting secure, reliable network operations in enterprise or mission-focused environments.
• DoD 8140 qualifications or certifications are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design, configure, implement, and maintain network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls).
• Implement and manage network security measures to protect systems.
• Monitor performance and troubleshoot connectivity to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with IT stakeholders to design and implement network solutions.
• Document configurations, changes, and procedures for continuity.
