Job summary

Kaimetrix is seeking a Senior-Level Network Engineer to design and sustain advanced enterprise networks, focusing on high-performance infrastructure and modern automation tools to ensure reliability and scalability.

You will design and implement routers, switches, firewalls, SDN components; develop automation scripts and monitoring dashboards; integrate IPAM, load balancers, proxies, and network taps; participate in architecture groups and maintain DoD cybersecurity compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of network engineering or related systems engineering experience.
• Master’s degree may substitute for 3 years of experience; a Bachelor’s for 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support enterprise network systems (routers, switches, firewalls, SDN).
• Develop and manage automated deployment scripts and monitoring dashboards.
• Integrate IPAM, load-balancers, proxies, and network taps.
• Conduct evaluations, risk assessments, and sustainment plans.
• Maintain documentation and compliance with DoD cybersecurity standards.
