Job summary

State Street is recruiting for a network security professional to design and maintain firewall standards for on-prem and cloud environments. You will help manage connectivity to CRD SaaS services in managed data centers and cloud environments, and provide essential input on network strategy and incident response.

The role requires deep IP, routing, and firewall expertise, with scripting and DevOps tool experience to automate workflows and deliver executive dashboards for complex data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in IT with network focus.
• Substantial experience as a network engineering or network security professional.
• Substantial IT operational support experience.

Responsibilities

• Design firewall operation standards and change procedures.
• Maintain secure on-prem and cloud firewall configurations.
• Evaluate new network management and monitoring tools.
• Participate in client-facing network design meetings for CRD SaaS connectivity.
• Perform IT system support and admin tasks as needed.
