This Lead Infrastructure Production Management & Reliability Engineering role at the Director level focuses on deploying and supporting critical network infrastructure across internal enterprise environments and external customer-facing platforms.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise network engineering experience.
• Experience with security patching and production upgrades.
• Experience supporting internal infrastructure and internet-facing services.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support enterprise-scale network infrastructure across data centers, cloud, and campus environments.
• Provide Tier-3 support during major incidents and escalations.
• Develop and maintain network standards, update documentation, and engineering procedures.
• Lead planning, testing, risk assessment, and deployment of critical security and infrastructure patches across production environments.
• Drive execution of complex maintenance activities with minimal customer or business impact.
• Coordinate maintenance windows, rollback plans, validation testing, and post-implementation reviews.
• Ensure compliance with security, audit, and regulatory requirements through timely remediation of vulnerabilities.
• Partner with Security, Infrastructure, Application, and Operations teams to prioritize and execute remediation activities.
• Coordinate end-to-end remediation activities across multiple stakeholders and vendors.
• Maintain high availability and resilience of business-critical services.
• Monitor network performance and proactively identify risks before they impact production.
• Develop automation solutions using Python, Ansible, or similar tools.
