Job summary

NASCAR is seeking an experienced Senior Network Engineer to shape a resilient, high‑performance network infrastructure that powers our enterprise and fan‑facing experiences. This on‑site role is based in Daytona Beach, FL or Concord, NC and includes an on‑site schedule with on‑call rotation.

You will diagnose complex issues, deploy scalable solutions, maintain documentation, and collaborate with multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in a Network Engineering role.
• CCNA (Required)
• CCNP (Strongly preferred - ENCOR + concentration exam)
• Experience with Cisco, Juniper, Extreme, Palo Alto, and Ubiquiti technologies.
• Hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and load balancing.
• Experience with cloud networking in AWS and Azure.
• On-site work in Daytona Beach, FL or Concord, NC.

Responsibilities

• Ensure reliable network operations by following established processes.
• Monitor and optimize performance across data, voice, and wireless networks.
• Diagnose and resolve complex network issues; implement sustainable solutions.
• Triage incidents and service requests with timely resolution.
• Maintain comprehensive network documentation and design standards.
• Participate in on-call rotation as scheduled.
