Job summary

MatchPoint Solutions is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to support the Santa Clara campus network environment. This hands-on role requires experience with enterprise campus networks, Cisco routing/switching, and wireless troubleshooting to maintain day-to-day operations.

You will troubleshoot connectivity issues, monitor network performance, and collaborate with global teams on initiatives. Prior CCNP or similar certifications are preferred, with a focus on reliability and strong communication

Qualifications

• 7+ years of network engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for enterprise network environments.
• Support campus routing and switching infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot user connectivity issues and network performance problems.
• Support Cisco wireless environments and resolve wireless-related incidents.
• Assist with network upgrades, installations, and maintenance activities.
• Partner with global network engineering teams on initiatives and escalations.
• Analyze network performance and recommend improvements.
• Support production and office network environments.
