Job summary

MatchPoint Solutions is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to support the Santa Clara campus network environment. This hands-on role requires experience with enterprise campus networks, Cisco routing/switching, and wireless troubleshooting to maintain day-to-day operations.

You will troubleshoot connectivity issues, monitor network performance, and collaborate with global teams on initiatives. Prior CCNP or similar certifications are preferred, with a focus on reliability and strong communication

Job : Senior Network Engineer

Location: Santa Clara, CA (Onsite 5 Days/Week)

Duration: 6+ Months

Rate : $60 to $65 per hour

Senior Network Engineer to support its Santa Clara campus network environment.

This role will replace a long-tenured engineer and requires a hands-on network professional capable of supporting enterprise campus infrastructure, wireless environments, and day-to-day operational activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for enterprise network environments
• Support campus routing and switching infrastructure
• Troubleshoot user connectivity issues and network performance problems
• Support Cisco wireless environments and resolve wireless-related incidents
• Assist with network upgrades, installations, and maintenance activities

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of network engineering experience
• Strong Cisco routing and switching expertise
• Experience supporting enterprise campus networks
• Hands-on Cisco wireless troubleshooting experience
• Experience with network monitoring and operational support
• Strong troubleshooting skills across LAN/WAN environments
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills Preferred Qualifications
• Cisco DNAC (DNA Center) experience
• Cisco ISE knowledge
• Palo Alto firewall experience
• Experience supporting semiconductor or manufacturing environments
• Cisco certifications (CCNP preferred)
