Job summary

GDH is seeking a senior network engineer to support enterprise campus network infrastructure in an on-site environment. The role requires a seasoned professional capable of managing complex network systems, providing advanced troubleshooting, and ensuring network reliability and performance.

You will collaborate with global teams, participate in on-call rotations, and help maintain production and office networks.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in network engineering, especially enterprise networks.
• Cisco routing and switching expertise with campus networks experience; CCNP preferred.
• Hands-on Cisco wireless experience and incident resolution skills.
• Experience supporting large LAN/WAN infrastructures and using network monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for enterprise networks, including campus routing and switching.
• Support and maintain Cisco wireless environments and optimize performance.
• Diagnose and resolve user connectivity and network performance issues promptly.
• Assist with network upgrades, installations, and maintenance for stability.
• Partner with global network engineering teams on initiatives, escalations and projects.
