Science Applications International Corp. (SAIC) seeks a Senior Network Engineer to support a dynamic, multi-year program for a US Government customer.

You will manage on-premise and remote networks, serve as liaison to development contractors, and help ensure secure, reliable network operations while contributing technical leadership. The role emphasizes design, testing, documentation, cross-team collaboration, and ongoing network improvement in mission-critical environments.

Competenze

• Must currently hold a TS/SCI and Polygraph in order to be considered
• Experience maintaining and configuring CISCO firewalls
• Experience integrating enclave networks with enterprise networks
• Experience documenting an IT / networking infrastructure
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting network routes, tunnels and VPNs
• Bachelor's and nine (9) years or more experience; Masters and seven (7) years or more experience; PhD or JD and four (4) years or more experience

Mansioni

• Implementing new network routes and configurations to external organizations and their systems
• Network monitoring of on-prem and remote systems
• Troubleshooting and operations/maintenance of on-prem and remote mission network paths
• Documenting and developing specifications and detailed schematics for existing network architecture
• Conducting testing of network systems
• Maintaining technical expertise in all areas of network and computer hardware and software interconnection and interfacing, such as routers, switchers, firewalls, hubs, bridges, gateways, etc
