Job summary

A leading managed services provider is seeking a Network Engineer in Austin, Texas. The candidate will deliver exceptional customer support while managing network incidents and performing technical troubleshooting. With at least 3 years of experience in production support and knowledge of routing protocols, the ideal applicant will help maintain and enhance network systems. This full-time position offers a salary range of $80,000 to $100,000, along with benefits such as PTO, health plans, and continued education reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of industry experience in a production support role.
• Experience with routing protocols including BGP4, OSPF, and ISIS.
• Knowledge of layer two switching concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide world‑class customer support and technical expertise for customers.
• Manage network incidents through to service restoration and resolution.
• Perform network configuration changes and root cause analyses.
