Responsibilities

• Provides third level support to end users.
• Plans, procures, installs and maintains local and wide area networks in a multi protocol environment.
• Reviews products and recommends acquisition or modification of hardware, software or contract services.
• Monitors network functions and evaluates operations and network performance.
• Involved in the implementation and maintenance of major subsystems.
• Represents the organization as the principal customer contact.
• Often performs project leadership duties.
