Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Management Systems, or equivalent.
• 7+ years of related work experience including project management.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provides third level support to end users under the Director of Network and Telecom.
• Plans, procures, installs and maintains local and wide area networks.
• Reviews products and recommends acquisitions or modifications of hardware, software or contracts.
• Monitors network functions and evaluates performance.
• Represents the organization as the principal customer contact.
• Often performs project leadership duties.
